Pep Rallies will be 2:30 in the Boyd Gym. Middle School students, Elementary students, and Community members are invited to attend all pep rallies.

Semester Exam Exemption Procedures

2025-2026

*Six or more excused absences the student will take semester exams. 

*Students must take the semester exam if they have an unexcused absence for a class.  Students are not disqualified from being exempt from semester exams in other classes where they have not acquired an unexcused absence. 

*An absence in any class due to skipping the class results in an unexcused absence and negates all semester exam exemptions. 

*Students that must take a semester exam in one or more classes must remain at school the entire day of the semester exam. 

*Any absence, which includes signing-out at any point in the day, after the exemption cutoff date (TBD each semester), except for medical absence with a doctor’s note, voids the exemption and students must take all exams. 

*Students must complete the semester exemption form and turn it in on time to be exempt.
