  • Joel Derrough

    4 Year Term 

    Mr. Derrough has served on the Boles ISD Board of Trustees for almost four years.  Mr. Derrough is the Director of Arms of Hope at Boles Home and he also served as a Captain in the United States Army.  Mr. Derrough has two children that attend Boles ISD, Isaac and Gabriel.  His purpose for serving Boles ISD is, “It is the greatest challenge to a community to lift up the next generation to be helpful, healthy, and educated adults.  I want to be a person that is active in being a part of the solution in providing children with the tools to propel them into life.”

    Mr. Cruthird has served on the Boles ISD Board of Trustees for seven years.  He is a teacher and coach for Quinlan ISD.  Mr. Cruthird enjoys sports, movies, and spending time with his family.  His purpose for serving Boles ISD is, “I have children that attend Boles ISD.  I also want to make sure all of our students have the best opportunities, and receive the best education.”

    Mr. Bridges joined the Boles ISD Board of Trustees this year.  He is the Maintenance and Facilities Director for Arms of Hope at Boles Home.  Mr. Bridges is the father of two graduates of Boles High School.  His purpose for serving Boles ISD is, “I believe in the future of Boles ISD.  I have greatly appreciated the faculty and staff while our boys attended Boles ISD.  I want to do all that I can to ensure the success of our students and community.”

    Mr. Anderson is the Director of Ministry and College & Career for Arms of Hope, Boles Campus. Prior to moving to Hunt County, he served in different church contexts and was enlisted in the US Army where he served one combat tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He and his wife have two kids that attend Boles ISD. His purpose for serving on the Boles School Board is, “To have a positive impact on the leaders of tomorrow and our wonderful faculty at Bole ISD.”

    Mr. Melton has served on the Boles ISD Board of Trustees for fourteen years.  He is the owner of Wright’s Air Conditioning Inc.  Mr. Melton enjoys restoring classic trucks, spending time with his family, and traveling.  His purpose for serving Boles ISD is, “I truly believe everyone should serve in any capacity they can.  It takes all of us working together to make a real difference.”
